Studio Policy

 

Cancellation Policy - a 24-hour notice is required for any cancellations. Missed appointments or appointments canceled less than 24-hour notice will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Policy - arriving late cuts into the enjoyment and effectiveness of your treatment, however, I understand that life happens, traffic is real, and sometimes you may need a little extra time; as such, a 15-minute window is allowed. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment out of respect for my time and other clients’ time.

Children & Pets - are very cute but this time is for you. I ask that you do not bring children and/or pets to your appointment to ensure that you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the entirety of your treatment.

Refunds/Returns - as much as I would like to function as a Nordstrom or Sephora I am only me and due to the nature of the products being sold I ask that you do not break the seal on any product you do not plan on using. Unopened products may be returned and fully refunded within 60 days of purchasing. Opened products may be returned for store credit within 30 days of opening.

Privacy - I love sharing your beautiful face with the world, however, I will always ask for both verbal and written consent to share any photos or videos with your face, including those you have graciously shared to a social media account. Your name and personal information will always be private and never shared with any outside sources unless otherwise agreed upon in written form.
